随着遥感卫星分辨率的提高,星上微振动对空间相机的影响越来越显著。在相机与卫星平台之间安装隔振装置,将飞轮、扫描机构等扰振源产生的振动与相机隔离开来是一种改善其工作环境的有效方法。文章介绍了针对中巴地球资源卫星研制的相机被动隔振系统,以及在地面结构星上进行的联合隔振性能测试。测试结果表明,传递至相机的两个主要扰振频率分量分别得到了96%与98%的衰减,相机图像的抖动量由5~10像元降低至了0.5像元以内。这项工作验证了通过相机隔振解决微振动问题的有效性,并为今后的研制提供了参考。
As the resolution of remote sensing satellites increases, the effect of on-board micro-vibration on space cameras becomes more and more significant. Vibration isolation device installed between the camera and the satellite platform to isolate the vibration generated by the vibration source such as the flywheel and the scanning mechanism from the camera is an effective way to improve the working environment. This paper introduces the passive vibration isolation system developed for China Earth Resources Satellite (SAR) satellite and the joint vibration isolation performance test conducted on the ground structure satellite. The test results show that the two main disturbing frequency components transmitted to the camera are attenuated by 96% and 98%, respectively, and the amount of camera shake is reduced from 5 to 10 pixels to less than 0.5 pixel. This work verifies the effectiveness of the camera vibration isolation to solve the micro-vibration problem and provides a reference for the future development.
