以汽车外板广泛应用的WH180BD+Z热镀锌板为对象,从表面粗糙度、显微形貌、辉光镀层等方面分析不同板料表面形貌的特征。通过涂装试验,分析了涂装后的板料表面粗糙度和桔皮特征,探讨热镀锌板不同表面形貌对涂装影响的作用机制。结果显示,降低表面轮廓算术平均偏差Ra、提高峰值数RPc和降低热镀锌板表面铝含量更有利于提升板料表面的涂装性能。
The WH180BD + Z hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, which is widely used in automobile outer panel, is taken as an object to analyze the surface topography characteristics of different sheets from the aspects of surface roughness, micromorphology and glow coating. Through the coating test, the surface roughness and orange peel characteristics of the coated sheet were analyzed, and the mechanism of the effect of different surface topography of the galvanized sheet on the coating was discussed. The results show that reducing the arithmetic average deviation Ra of the surface profile, increasing the number of peaks RPc and decreasing the aluminum content on the surface of the hot-dip galvanized sheet are more conducive to improving the coating performance of the sheet surface.
