应用胸肩部皮管界再造术，由来已久。较之额部皮瓣法和吻合血管的前臂皮瓣法，虽有需多次手术之弊。但由于不破坏额面部皮肤的完整，仍为一些病人所乐于接受。尤其是用于鼻再造同时修复上唇缺损的病例，更可收一举两得之效。我们应用胸肩部皮管行界再造8例，男4例，女4例。年龄
