四川省是我国柑桔生产基地,年产量在1.0Mt 以上。其中半数以上的柑桔通过铁路运输销往全国各地。由于铁路现有保温车数量有限,普遍采用棚车代替保温车运输柑桔。在柑桔运输期间,南北方的温差和北方的昼夜温差都较大;占棚车总数63%以上的 P_(62)型棚车是全钢焊接结构,车窗不能开启,通风和保温性能都较差。气温较高时,因车内的水蒸气和柑桔的大量呼吸热不能及时排出车外,容易引起柑桔腐烂。据往年的统计,用 P_(62)型棚车向华北地区运输柑桔,平均每车腐烂率在10%左
Sichuan Province is China’s citrus production base, annual output above 1.0Mt. More than half of these citrus are sold across the country by rail. Due to the limited number of existing insulated vehicles on the railway, box tankers are commonly used to transport citrus instead of insulated vehicles. During the transportation of citrus, the temperature difference between the north and south and the temperature difference between day and night in the north are large. The P_ (62) box car which occupies more than 63% of the total box is welded steel structure, the windows can not be opened, and the ventilation and heat preservation performance are poor . When the temperature is high, because of the car’s water vapor and citrus a large number of respiratory heat can not be discharged from the car in time, easily lead to citrus decay. According to the statistics of previous years, the P_ (62) type box car transported citrus to North China with the average rate of decay per car being 10%
