提高零件使用寿命是具有美好前景的发展方向,其方法是在其与周围介质接触的表面上形成一个性能优良的表层。气体热喷涂就是在这方面发展最快的工艺之一。气体热喷涂方法有气体火焰法、等离子法、爆燃法和电孤喷涂法。在气体热喷涂时,进行涂覆的表面加热温度不超过回火温度。因此对于气体热喷涂而言,其特征是热变形很小,在很多情况下零件金属都不会发生组织变化。这就决定了气体热喷涂法在改善零件使用性能方面有着良好的应用效果。

Gas thermal spraying is one of the fastest growing processes in this area. Gas thermal spraying methods are gas flame method, plasma method, deflagration method and electric arc spraying method. In gas thermal spraying, the temperature of the surface to be coated does not exceed the tempering temperature.
