采用蒸发法制备了天然橡胶(NR)/细菌纤维素晶须(BCWs)复合材料,考察了BCWs对复合材料生物可降解性能的影响,并表征了降解后复合材料的微观结构。结果表明,BCWs可以促进NR/BCWs复合材料的生物降解;随着BCWs用量的增加,复合材料的质量损失逐渐变大,当BCWs用量为20份时,复合材料的质量损失率达16.45%,相比于纯NR提高了550%;BCWs使降解复合材料的脆断面变得粗糙,同时在脆断面上成了空腔和裂纹。
The natural rubber (NR) / bacterial cellulose whiskers (BCWs) composites were prepared by evaporation method. The effects of BCWs on the biodegradability of composites were investigated. The microstructure of composites was characterized. The results showed that BCWs could promote the biodegradation of NR / BCW composites. With the increase of BCWs, the mass loss of composites gradually increased. When the amount of BCWs was 20, the mass loss rate of composites was 16.45% Which is 550% higher than that of pure NR. BCWs roughen the brittle fracture surface of the degraded composites and form cavities and cracks on the brittle fracture surface.
