一九七四年我们用农用塑料薄膜对一九七三年秋季采集的杉木籽5439斤(内湖南杉2030斤、临海杉3449斤)、柳杉籽62斤、马尾松674斤,进行密封贮藏试验。具体作法是:四月下旬将种子在日光下翻晒干燥后,杉籽以70斤为标准包,松籽以100斤为标准包,放入规格为60×100厘米的农用塑料薄膜袋内,袋内用麻绳扎紧,薄膜袋外再套麻袋加固,外加标签,层积堆放在一般农用仓库中。据一九七四年秋和一九七五年春对贮藏种籽随意抽样进行室内发芽试验,结果有较好贮藏效果。其中采集后一年的湖南杉发芽率秋播达42％、春播达37％;
