为了阐明紫薇和大花紫薇杂种后代不同株系育性差异形成的原因,通过花粉生活力测定、柱头可授性检测,结合紫薇花粉在杂种株系柱头上萌发和花粉管伸长过程的显微观察实验,对比分析了紫薇‘粉晶’×大花紫薇株系Lis-FD1和紫薇‘紫霞’×大花紫薇株系Lis-ZD6的育性.结果表明,Lis-ZD6株系的花粉部分可育,但花粉生活力低,萌发率为25.90%;其柱头的可授性较强,紫薇‘Dynamite’的花粉在其柱头表面能够正常萌发,花粉管48 h后即可伸进胚珠,顺利完成受精,能正常结实.Lis-FD1株系的花粉没有生活力,不能萌发;其柱头可授性很差,作为母本时,紫薇‘Dynamite’的花粉在其柱头上能够萌发,并在24 h后花粉管进入子房,但72 h后膨大的果实开始脱落.研究结果证明,Lis-ZD6株系可以进一步作为紫薇种间杂交改良的育种材料.
In order to elucidate the reasons for the differences in fertility among different lines of hybrids of crape myrtle and crassulaceae, microscopic examination of pollen viability, stigma receptivity and microscopic observation of the germination and pollen tube elongation of hybrids The results showed that the pollen part of Lis-ZD6 strain was significantly higher than that of Lis-ZD6 (P <0.05) Fertile but low pollen viability. The germination rate was 25.90%. The stigma receptivity was strong. The pollen of crape myrtle Dynamite could germinate normally on the stigma surface. The pollen tube could reach the ovule 48 hours later, The pollen ofLis-FD1 strain has no viability and can not germinate, and its stigma receptivity is very poor. As a female parent, the pollen of crape myrtle ’Dynamite’ germinates on the stigma, h, the pollen tube entered the ovary, but the expanded fruit began to fall after 72 h.The results showed that the Lis-ZD6 line could be further used as a breeding material for the improved cross between the cultivars of Lagerstroemia speciosa.
