活塞式压缩机活塞环与填料函密封环结构见图1。活塞在气缸内作往复运动时,活塞环的外表面、端面分别与气缸壁内表面及活塞槽的侧面紧密接触,活塞槽、活塞环及气缸内表面组成了密封结构。填料函密封环的作用是:介质的轴向密封是靠压差及活塞杆作往复运动时,推动密封环端面与挡圈端面(刮研)接触;径向密封是靠箍在密封环外圈的拉紧弹簧的作用,使密封环的内表面(刮研)与轴的表面紧密接触,轴向密封与径向密封的联合作用防止了介质的泄漏。根据这个原理,将结构进行适当的改进,应用在旋转离心泵的轴封上,
