目的分析C型臂X射线机在手术应用中的辐射剂量及放射防护措施,有效保障医护人员的身体健康。方法选用辐射剂量检测仪,对C型臂X射线机在手术应用时床边工作人员的空气比释动能率进行现场检测,对其放射防护情况进行评价。结果床边工作人员身体5个部位的空气比释动能率均较高,其中手部和胸部的空气比释动能率高于其他部位,球管上位机型的空气比释动能率均普遍高于球管下位机型。结论 C型臂X射线机在手术过程中会产生较高剂量的电离辐射,因此应重视并加强其放射防护措施,以切实保障医护人员安全。
Objective To analyze the radiation dose and radiological protection measures of C-arm X-ray apparatus in surgical application, so as to effectively protect the health of medical staff. Methods The radiation dose detector was used to detect the air kerma rate of the C-arm X-ray machine during operation, and evaluate the radiological protection. Results The air kerma rates of the 5 staffs in the bedside staff were all higher than those in the other parts. The air kerma rates of the upper model of the ball tube were generally higher than those of the other models Tube under the model. Conclusion C-arm X-ray machine will produce higher doses of ionizing radiation during the operation, so we should pay attention to and strengthen its radiation protection measures to effectively protect the safety of medical staff.
