制备一种能够快速修补道路、桥梁等建筑的聚合物混凝土材料,它具有快速固化,抗折、抗压强度高,与待修补物体结合能力好,收缩率低等优点。对影响固化时间和强度的几个因素进行了探讨。最佳工艺参数为:树脂为双组分,其中A型树脂含量为85%,树脂用量占填料总量的9%~13%,固化剂为多组分,用量占树脂总量的4%~10%,促进剂用量占树脂总量的3%左右。
A polymer concrete material capable of rapidly repairing roads, bridges and other buildings is prepared. The polymer concrete material has the advantages of rapid curing, flexural strength, high compressive strength, good bonding ability with objects to be repaired, and low shrinkage. Several factors affecting curing time and strength were discussed. The optimum technological parameters are as follows: the resin is two-component, wherein the content of type A resin is 85%, the amount of resin is 9% -13% of the total amount of the filler, the curing agent is multi-component, the amount of resin accounts for 4% 10%, the amount of accelerator accounted for about 3% of the total resin.
