本文提出了ICP-AES法测定触头材料中的硒碲。测定仪器使用PERKIN-ELMER公司的ICP/6500光谱仪。通过与原子吸收法和吸光光度法测定结果相比较,方法快速,准确度较好,能满足日常分析的要求。一仪器与工作条件 PERKIN-ELMER公司ICP/6500光谱仪 PE7300计算机;PE-PR-210打印机炬管组合配有氧化铝注入管,内径2.00mm。经过优化试验,仪器操作参数(ICP/6500系统操作参数)见下。RF发生器:晶体控制固定频率27.12MH_2;高频输出功率1.8kW:工作功率1.25kW。单色仪:P-E5000型Czerny-TUrner结构;UV光栅2880条·mm~(-1);倒线色率数0.65nm·mm~(-1)。雾化器为直角交叉气动雾化器。等离子气、雾化气、辅助气流量
In this paper, ICP-AES was proposed to determine selenium and tellurium in contact materials. The measuring instrument used PERKIN-ELMER’s ICP / 6500 spectrometer. Compared with the results of atomic absorption spectrophotometry and absorption spectrophotometry, the method is rapid, accurate and can meet the requirements of routine analysis.
