通过对湘潭市各旅行社调研,对目前旅行社存在的人才流失问题进行分析,针对我市旅行社存在的人才管理不到位、员工福利待遇低等方面,提出应对湘潭市旅行社人才流失的办法和对策通过对湘潭市各旅行社调研发现,本市旅行社的人才流失现象非常严重,对其生存、发展产生了较大影响,面对如此严峻的问题,我市各大旅行社应该如何面对?一、人才流失原因随着全国旅游行业迅猛发展,旅行社的发展也逐渐加快,为相关从业人员提供了大量工作机会。国内外大型旅行社为了争夺高素质人才、优秀管理人才不惜花重金挖掘,导致我市部分旅行社人才外流。
