在“学习者为中心”的教育理念指导下,上海农林职业技术学院的职业生涯规划课程的设计,以学生学习成效为确立之依据,课程内容的选择以学生现有的认知现状为切入点,尊重学生的兴趣和期望。为了调动学生的学习兴趣,课程组织采用团体辅导教学、体验式教学、走访企业与校友等形式开展,促使学生成为课堂的共建者。
Under the education concept of “learner as the center ”, the design of career planning course of Shanghai Agriculture and Forestry Vocational and Technical College is based on the effectiveness of student learning. The choice of course content is based on the current cognition status of students Start point, respect students interest and expectations. In order to arouse the students’ interest in learning, the course organizers adopt group tutoring teaching, experiential teaching, visiting enterprises and alumni to promote students to become co-builders in the classroom.
