为了探讨单纯疱疹病毒(HSV-1)与白塞病(Behcet's disease,BD)的关系,本研究应用聚合酶链反应(P('R))技术检测38例BD患者口腔溃疡愈合前后的HSV-1 DNA,免疫组化技术观察溃疡粘膜HSV-1抗原表达。结果,溃疡刮片标本HSV-1 DNA检出率为34.2%(13/38),对照组为6.7%(2/30);原刮片部位之愈后粘膜HSV-1 DNA检出7例,占愈合粘膜标本的53.8%(7/13),HSV-1抗原表达阳性率为61.3%(8/13);愈后粘膜HSV-1 DNA阳性者,其HSV-1抗原表达亦全部阳性。这些结果提示HSV-1可能参与BD病损形成,病损愈后的粘膜仍有HSV-1潜伏及其基因表达。
In order to investigate the relationship between herpes simplex virus (HSV-1) and Behcet's disease (BD), Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) technique was used to detect the expression of HSV- 1 DNA, immunohistochemistry to observe the expression of HSV-1 antigen in ulcer mucosa. Results: The detection rate of HSV-1 DNA in ulcer specimens was 34.2% (13/38) and that in the control group was 6.7% (2/30) The positive rate of HSV-1 antigen expression was 53.8% (7/13) in healing mucosa specimens, and the positive rate of HSV-1 antigen expression was 61.3% (8/13). The positive HSV-1 antigen expression in mucosal HSV-1 DNA was also positive after healing. These results suggest that HSV-1 may be involved in the formation of BD lesion, the lesion is still mucosal HSV-1 latency and gene expression.
