目的探讨不同降糖方式对胃癌合并糖尿病患者的治疗作用。方法将86例胃癌合并2型糖尿病患者随机分为常规组(A组)46例和胰岛素强化治疗组(B组)40例,比较两组血糖控制水平、胰岛素用量和术后并发症的发生率。结果 B组平均血糖达标所用的时间、低血糖发生率低于A组;并发症例数、住院时间、住院费用均低于A组。结论胰岛素泵在控制血糖,减少费用方面明显优胰岛素皮下注射。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of different glucose-lowering methods on patients with gastric cancer complicated with diabetes mellitus. Methods 86 cases of gastric cancer with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into routine group (group A) 46 cases and insulin intensive treatment group (group B) 40 cases. The levels of blood glucose control, insulin dosage and postoperative complications were compared . Results The average blood glucose in group B reached the standard time, the incidence of hypoglycemia was lower than that in group A; the number of complications, hospitalization and hospitalization were lower than those in group A. Conclusion Insulin pump in the control of blood glucose, reduce costs significantly superior subcutaneous insulin injection.
