为了研究中药疣毒净治疗尖锐湿疣的安全性，对疣毒净外洗液做了动物皮肤急性毒性实验、皮肤刺激实验、皮肤致敏实验、直肠粘膜急性毒性实验及点涂霜的动物皮肤毒性实验。结果显示这２种制剂对动物无毒副作用，提示外洗液及点涂霜均安全、有效。
