随着市场经济发展进程的不断推进,装备制造企业要想将成本有效的降低,企业生产效率有所提高,达到精细化预算、核算的目的,那么必须要加强对企业成本的管理水平。现阶段,我国的装备制造企业仍然还存在企业成本方法较为滞后、管理机制不够不健全、对成本管理的重视度较低等问题,现本文就针对企业成本管理中出现的问题,提出具有针对性的有效策略。
