本文选取我国珠三角地区10所大学的204名讲师以上职称或博士学历科研人员为研究对象,探讨了行政主管知识领导和科研人员创新能力的关系,以及科研人员知识惯性在其中的调节作用。结果表明:高校行政主管知识领导对科研人员的维持性创新能力和颠覆性创新能力提升均具有显著正向影响;(2)高校科研人员知识惯性对其维持性创新能力和颠覆性创新能力均没有影响,但在行政主管知识领导与科研人员维持性创新能力和颠覆性创新能力之间均有显著负向调节作用。
This paper selects 204 faculty members or doctoral academic researchers from 10 universities in the Pearl River Delta of China as the research object and explores the relationship between knowledge leaders and researchers ’ability to innovate as well as the regulatory role of researchers’ inertia in knowledge. The results show that the knowledge leaders of university administrators have a significant positive influence on the ability of scientific research personnel to maintain and disruptive innovation; (2) The knowledge inertia of university researchers has no effect on their ability of sustaining innovation and disruptive innovation However, there is a significant negative adjustment between the chief executive knowledge leaders and the researchers in maintaining the ability of creative innovation and disruptive innovation.
