2014年夏天,“福喜问题肉”报道引发媒体食品安全问题的报道热潮。食品安全问题作为一种潜在的社会风险,越来越引起媒体的关注。媒体是风险意识的核心,因此食品安全报道在很大程度上影响着社会公众对于食品安全风险的解读和反应。本文试图在风险社会的视野下,以风险的社会放大框架对此次东方卫视福喜肉调查报道进行案例分析,并从中探寻食品安全报道的问题及对策,以期媒体在食品安全风险评估和风险沟通等方面发挥积极效用。
In the summer of 2014, the “Fuxi Problem Meat” reported coverage of the media food safety issue. As a potential social risk, the issue of food safety has drawn more and more media attention. The media is the core of risk awareness, so food safety reports largely affect the public’s interpretation and reaction to food safety risks. This article attempts to carry on the case analysis of this report from the perspective of risk society and the framework of risk-based social amplification, and to explore the issues and countermeasures of food safety reporting from the perspective of the media in the food safety risk assessment and risk communication Etc. to play an active role.
