目的探讨抗辐灵对微波辐射后大鼠血清中心肌酶和Ca2+的影响。方法 120只二级Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为6组:正常对照组(C)、辐射对照组(R)、阳性药对照组(A)、抗辐灵0.75g/(kg/d)组(L)、抗辐灵1.5 g/(kg/d)组(M)、抗辐灵3 g/(kg/d)组(H)。抗辐灵药物组给予抗辐灵溶液,A组给予1.5 g/(kg/d)安多霖,C组和R组均给予等比体积的蒸馏水。采用30 mW/cm2微波辐射大鼠1次,辐射时间为15 min。辐射当天开始灌胃给药,每日1次,连续14 d。于给药7 d(辐射后7 d)、停药后6 h(辐射后14 d)、停药后7 d(辐射后21 d),采用全自动生化检测仪检测大鼠血清中肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、天门冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)活性及Ca2+含量。结果 (1)R、A、L、M及H组与C组相比较:辐射后7 d,R组大鼠血清中CK-MB、LDH、AST活性及Ca2+含量显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);辐射后14 d,R组大鼠血清中CK-MB活性和Ca2+含量仍明显增高(P<0.05);辐射后21 d,各组间CK-MB、LDH、AST活性及Ca2+含量均无明显改变(P>0.05)。(2)A、L、M及H组与R组相比较:给药7 d(辐射后7 d),大鼠血清中CK-MB、LDH、AST活性及Ca2+含量均明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);停药后6 h(辐射后14 d),A、M及H组CK-MB活性和A、L、M及H组Ca2+含量仍有明显降低(P<0.05);停药后7 d(辐射后21 d),CK-MB、LDH、AST活性及Ca2+含量均无明显统计学差异(P>0.05)。(3)L、M及H组与A组相比较:大鼠血清中CK-MB、LDH、AST活性及Ca2+含量各时间点各组间均未见统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论微波辐射可引起大鼠血清中心肌酶及Ca2+异常升高;抗辐灵和安多霖对微波辐射致大鼠血清中心肌酶及Ca2+升高均具有良好的治疗作用,1.5 g/(kg/d)为抗辐灵最佳有效剂量。
Objective To investigate the effect of Kanglinling on serum myocardial enzymes and Ca2 + in rats after microwave radiation. (3) L, M and H groups compared with group A: CK-MB, LDH, AST activity and Ca2 + content in serum of rats at each time point showed no significant difference (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: Microwave radiation can cause abnormal increase of serum myocardial enzymes and Ca2 + in rats.
