目的 :探究经后侧入路治疗胫骨平台后外侧骨折的解剖学原理。方法 :在本次研究中,选取通过塑化技术保存的人体下肢标本24例,对其进行解剖观察,然后测量与膝关节后外侧入路的相关元素,即主要血管、神经走形特点,膝关节外侧部位,肌肉及韧带分布情况。与此同时,选取新鲜利用塑化技术下肢标本6例,依据设计入路开展模拟手术,继而确定入路可行性。解剖学研究前提下,临床应用14例,分析该入路临床效果。结果:根据实际结果反馈可知,14例患者均取得了良好的效果,疗效甚是满意。结论:针对经膝关节后外侧入路治疗来说,可以治疗简单胫骨平台后外侧骨折,并且具有极强的安全性,且损伤小,临床应用效果显著,具有推广价值。
Objective: To explore the anatomic principles of posterolateral fracture of the tibial plateau treated with posterior approach. Methods: In this study, 24 samples of human lower extremities preserved by plasticization technique were selected for anatomical observation. Then the related elements of the posterior lateral knee joint were measured, namely the main blood vessels, Joint lateral parts, muscle and ligament distribution. In the meantime, six cases of lower extremity specimens using fresh plasticization techniques were selected, and simulated operation was conducted according to the design approach, and then the feasibility of approach was determined. Under the premise of anatomy, clinical application of 14 cases, the clinical effect of the approach. Results: According to the actual results of feedback we can see that 14 patients achieved good results, the effect is very satisfied. Conclusion: For the treatment of posterior tibial plateau posterior lateral fracture for the treatment of posterior lateral knee joint, it has the advantages of strong safety, small injury and significant clinical application, which has the promotion value.
