1992~1993年我们对34例胎膜早破孕妇外周静脉血铜、锌、铁、镁4种元素进行了测定,并以20例正常孕妇为对照,旨在探讨胎膜早破与血铜、锌、铁、镁4种元素之间的关系,现将结果报告如下。 1.资料与方法:观察组平均年龄26.4±3.8岁,平均孕周34.3±5.4周,对照组为正常孕妇,平均年龄25.8±2.9岁,平均孕周34.5±4.3周,均无肝肾及心血管疾病。取外周静脉血3ml,按常规方法处理血清标本,应用原子吸收分光光度法测定其元素含量,所用原子吸收分光光度计由北京第二光学仪厂生产,型号为WFX-10。
