为培养高素质旅游人才,服务礼仪课程调整教学目标、整合教学内容、改革考核方式,采用渗透式教学法,气质教学法,任务驱动教学法,情景模拟教学法,微格教学法,取得良好的教学效果。针对教学改革中存在的不足提出注重量化教学和过程考核、分组精细化教学、拓展校外实践课堂、开展丰富的课外教学活动的改进措施。
