详细介绍了 IW3 2 -1 1 8型微型离心泵的设计过程 ,其中所建立的水力模型比较成功 ,结构合理。由于小流量、低比转速微型离心泵普遍存在着效率很低和加工困难等问题 ,给设计带来一定的难度 ,但本设计采用了理论和实验相结合的优化设计方法 ,从而选取了较合理的参数 ,使此类泵的效率得到一定的提高 ,其加工性能也得到很大的改善
The design process of IW3 2 -1 1 8 miniature centrifugal pump is introduced in detail. The hydraulic model established is more successful and the structure is reasonable.
