Using the large-scale simulation software ANSYS, the natural frequency of citrus fruit fly was calculated to be about 55 Hz. The effects of resonance sound wave on the behavior and life span of citrus fruit fly were compared and the feasibility of using resonance sound wave technique to prevent and cure citrus fruit fly was discussed. 1) The sound waves of 120 dB and the frequencies of 55, 100, 180 and 300 Hz respectively were irradiated for 30 min to record the behavioral responses of the citrus fruit fly. The results showed that the mandarin fruit fly produced discomfort by low frequency sonic wave irradiation. For example, the head kept shaking and its wings swiftly swirled, accompanied by limbs constantly rubbing the head and tail, which tended to be active in low sound intensity Area and so on. Resonant sound wave irradiation, citrus fruit fly has a significant evasion reaction, the effective rate of 36.48%. 2) The frequency of 55Hz, the sound intensity of 120,110,100,90 and 80dB of sound waves were irradiated for 30min, record the behavior of citrus fruit fly reaction. The results showed that the stronger the sound intensity was, the more obvious the evasion reaction of the citrus fruit fly was. However, when the sound intensity was lower than 80 dB, no significant reaction was found. 3) The frequency of 55Hz, the sound intensity of 120dB of sound waves each irradiation 4h, continuous irradiation until all the death date, record the death of citrus fruit fly. The results showed that high intensity resonance sound wave had a significant effect on the lifespan of Citrus grandis. After 5 days of irradiation, the experimental group all died, and the final mortality rate increased by 42.80% compared with the control group.
