目的研究紫心甘薯多糖(PPSP)对糖尿病大鼠血糖、血脂代谢的调节作用。方法观察PPSP对链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导糖尿病大鼠血糖、糖化血清蛋白(GSP)、肝糖原、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、丙二醛(MDA)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)、总抗氧化(T-AOC)的影响。结果 PPSP可显著提高肝糖原合成能力,增强GSH和T-AOC活性,降低糖尿病大鼠血糖及血清中GSP、TC、TG、MDA的量。结论紫心甘薯多糖具有一定的降血糖、调血脂作用,作用机制可能与调节肝糖原代谢和抗氧化作用有关。
Objective To study the regulatory effect of purple heart sweet potato polysaccharide (PPSP) on blood glucose and lipid metabolism in diabetic rats. Methods The levels of blood glucose, glycosylated serum protein (GSP), hepatic glycogen, cholesterol, TG, HDL-C ), Malondialdehyde (MDA), reduced glutathione (GSH) and total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC). Results PPSP could significantly improve glycogen synthesis, increase GSH and T-AOC activity, and decrease blood glucose and serum GSP, TC, TG and MDA levels in diabetic rats. Conclusion The purple heart sweet potato polysaccharide has a certain hypoglycemic, lipid-lowering effect, the mechanism may be related to the regulation of glycogen metabolism and anti-oxidation.
