目的:观察金银花、山银花水提物与醇提物对四氯化碳致小鼠肝损伤的保护作用,寻找更大程度发挥其保肝作用的有效部位。方法:以昆明种小鼠为模型,各提取物按一定剂量皮下注射给药,四氯化碳致肝损伤且不给药为空白对照,取血液和肝脏分析血清谷丙转氨酶、肝脏甘油三酯及丙二醛的含量。结果:3种银花药材的各种提取物均不同程度地降低了由四氯化碳致小鼠肝损伤血清谷丙转氨酶、肝脏甘油三酯及肝脏丙二醛升高的水平。结论:以保肝为目的,将药材加水煎煮服用较醇提物具有更好的疗效,更适宜临床运用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the protective effect of water extract and alcohol extract of honeysuckle and Shanhainhu on CCl4-induced liver injury in mice, and to find out the effective part of liver protection effect. Methods: The Kunming mice as a model, the extract was administered subcutaneously at a dose, liver injury caused by carbon tetrachloride and no administration as a blank control, take blood and liver analysis of serum alanine aminotransferase, liver triglyceride And malondialdehyde content. Results: The extracts of three kinds of Yinhua medicinal materials all reduced the levels of serum alanine aminotransferase, hepatic triglyceride and hepatic malondialdehyde in mice induced by carbon tetrachloride to varying degrees. Conclusion: For the purpose of protecting the liver, the medicinal herbs are more effective than ethanol extract in decoction, and are more suitable for clinical use.
