随着出版业全球化和数字化的迅猛发展,科技期刊面临着日益激烈的竞争,而组建一支优秀、稳健的作者队伍则是提高科技期刊核心竞争力的关键。本文以中国药科大学期刊编辑部下属的3种药学类科技期刊——《中国药科大学学报》、《Chinese Journal of Natural Medicines》和《药学进展》的办刊实践为例,对其在吸引作者、服务作者、培养作者方面值得借鉴的做法进行分析介绍,旨在为我国药学类科技期刊的作者队伍建设提供参考。
With the rapid globalization of the publishing industry and the rapid development of digitization, sci-tech periodicals are faced with increasingly fierce competition. Establishing a good and steady author team is the key to improving the core competitiveness of sci-tech periodicals. In this paper, taking the implementation of three kinds of pharmacy science and technology periodical journals under the editorial department of China Pharmaceutical University, “Journal of Chinese Pharmaceutical University”, “Chinese Journal of Natural Medicines” and “progress of pharmacy” as an example, Author, service author and training author. It aims to provide reference for the construction of the author team of Chinese scientific journals.
