观察胃癌患者手术前后外周血淋巴细胞（PBL）白细胞介素-2（IL－2）mRNA表达的变化，以探讨肿瘤切除对其PBLIL－2mRNA表达及IL－2分泌水平的影响。结果：①术前IL－2mRNA表达明显低于正常对照组（P＜0．01），IL－2分泌减少（P<0．01），而术后4周，IL－2mRNA表达明显恢复，但仍低于正常对照组（P＜0．05），IL－2分泌接近正常。PBL经植物血凝素活化后，其手术前后PBLIL－2mRNA表达明显增强，IL－2分泌增加；②胃场患者PBLIL－2mRNA表达下降，IL－2分泌减少，而肿瘤切除后则能使其明显恢复；③PBL经植物血凝素活化后其IL－2mRNA表达及IL－2的分泌可得到改善。
The changes of interleukin-2 (IL-2) mRNA expression in peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL) before and after surgery were observed to investigate the effect of tumor resection on PBLIL-2 mRNA expression and IL-2 secretion. RESULTS: 1 The expression of IL-2 mRNA was significantly lower than before in the normal control group (P<0.01), and the IL-2 secretion was decreased (P<0.01). At the 4th week after operation, the expression of IL-2 mRNA was obviously recovered. Still lower than the normal control group (P<0.05), IL-2 secretion was near normal. After PBL was activated by lectin, the expression of PBLIL-2 mRNA and the secretion of IL-2 increased significantly before and after surgery. 2 The expression of PBLIL-2 mRNA decreased and the secretion of IL-2 decreased in gastric field. Recovery; IL-2 mRNA expression and IL-2 secretion in 3PBL after activation by lectin can be improved.
