近五年来,职工医药费逐年猛增,国家和企业均受到极大压力。本文拟通过几组具体的统计数据,结合三十年来在医院从事医疗工作及在企业担任卫生保健管理工作的体会,剖析增长的主因,并探讨综合治理的模式。 (一)医药费动态与剖析本文以天津四建公司二十年来医药费为轴线进行动态分析,并引用了一些现有资料加以论证。天津四建公司是一九七○年新组建的,有数千名职工的中型企业,主要从事土建工程。从组建至今20年来,一直由我负责保健管理工作。从一九七一年有了医药开支的统计数据。(附表一) 表中数据显示下列动态:
In the past five years, the medical expenses of employees have been increasing year by year, and the state and enterprises have been under great pressure. This paper intends to analyze the main causes of growth through several sets of specific statistical data, combined with the experience of medical work in hospitals and health care management in enterprises for the past 30 years, and explore the mode of comprehensive management. (1) Dynamics and Analysis of Medical Expenses This article analyzes the medical expenses of Tianjin Sijian Company for the past 20 years as its axis and quotes some existing data for demonstration. Tianjin Sijian Company was a newly formed medium-sized enterprise with thousands of employees in 1970 and was mainly engaged in civil engineering. In the 20 years since its establishment, I have been responsible for health management. Statistics on medical expenses have been available since 1971.
