人力资源管理中绩效考核的作用非常重要,其主要考核的是员工的工作进度,这种考核并不仅仅是作为员工薪资的一种凭证,更重要的是作为员工自我调整的一种依据,员工可以根据考核出来的信息及时地对自己现在的工作质量和效率做出调整,以适应组织的发展速度。对事业单位而言,绩效考核能够督促员工完善自我,帮助单位提升社会竞争力,促进单位的进一步发展。基于此,本文对事业单位人力资源管理中的绩效考核进行探讨,以期对相关部门有所帮助。
