随着中国经济进入新常态,利率市场化、监管与国际接轨、互联网金融的异军突起,对传统银行业发展带来了极大挑战。城商行在激烈的市场竞争中逐渐意识到人力资源管理的重要性,开始强化人才引进,提高人才经营与培养力度,为提高城商行的市场竞争力提供有力支撑。本文从新形势下城商行人力资源管理存在的问题出发,分析问题产生的原因和类型,有针对性地提出应对策略和解决方案,提高新形势下城商行的人力资源管理水平。
With the Chinese economy entering a new normal, marketization of interest rates, regulation and international standards, the sudden emergence of Internet finance has brought great challenges to the development of the traditional banking industry. In the fierce market competition, City Commercial Bank gradually realized the importance of human resource management, began to strengthen the introduction of talents, improve the operation and training of talents, and provided strong support for enhancing the market competitiveness of city commercial banks. Based on the existing problems of human resources management of city commercial firms in the new situation, this article analyzes the causes and types of problems and proposes countermeasures and solutions to improve the human resources management level of urban commercial firms in the new situation.
