当前,全球经济一体化的影响下,我国制造企业的竞争力不断加剧。在新的发展形势下,制造企业应该以产品质量为前提,不断加大改革力度,优化服务理念,创新运营商业运营模式。只有这样,才能在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地。本文结合相关经验,分析了在大数据环境下,影响制造企业服务化商业模式创新水平的因素,比如产品研发能力、员工的文化素养、行业竞争程度,以及资源的约束等。希望可以提高服务化商业模式的创新水平,促进企业的快速、稳定发展。
At present, under the influence of global economic integration, the competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises in our country is constantly aggravating. Under the new development situation, manufacturing enterprises should take product quality as a precondition, constantly intensify reform efforts, optimize service concept and innovate and operate commercial operation mode. Only in this way can we remain invincible in the fierce competition. This article, combined with relevant experience, analyzes the factors influencing the innovation level of service-oriented business model in manufacturing enterprises in big data environment, such as product R & D capabilities, staff’s cultural accomplishment, industry competition, and resource constraints. It hopes to improve the innovation level of the service-oriented business model and promote the rapid and stable development of the enterprise.
