目的探讨免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)患者调节性T淋巴细胞(Treg)比例和T细胞表面白细胞相关免疫球蛋白样受体1(LAIR-1)的表达以及血清可溶性LAIR-1(s LAIR-1)、s LAIR-2水平。方法选取ITP患者45例(ITP组)和同期健康体检的儿童35例(对照组),采用流式细胞术检测两组外周血CD4+CD25+Treg比例及LAIR-1在Treg表面的表达,ELISA检测血清中s LAIR-1和s LAIR-2水平。结果 ITP组患者外周血Treg比率明显低于对照组,ITP组和对照组CD4+CD25+Treg和CD8+T细胞膜LAIR-1表达率无显著性差异,ITP组血清s LAIR-1和s LAIR-2明显高于对照组。结论 LAIR-1可能通过影响CD4+CD25+T细胞在ITP发病过程起关键作用,LAIR-2可部分抑制LAIR-1的功能。
Objective To investigate the expression of regulatory T lymphocyte (Treg) and leukocyte associated immunoglobulin-like receptor 1 (LAIR-1) in patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenia (ITP) and serum LAIR-1 (s LAIR- 1), s LAIR-2 levels. Methods Totally 45 children with ITP (ITP group) and 35 healthy children (control group) were enrolled in this study. The proportion of CD4 + CD25 + Treg in peripheral blood and the expression of LAIR-1 on Treg were detected by flow cytometry. Serum levels of s LAIR-1 and s LAIR-2 were measured. Results The Treg rate in peripheral blood of ITP group was significantly lower than that in control group. The expression rates of LAIR-1 in CD4 + CD25 + Treg and CD8 + T cells in ITP group and control group were not significantly different. The levels of LAIR-1 and s LAIR- 2 was significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion LAIR-1 may play a pivotal role in the pathogenesis of ITP by influencing CD4 + CD25 + T cells. LAIR-2 partially inhibits the function of LAIR-1.
