The accuracy of the branching ratio data for the characteristic gamma rays of 68Ga is related to the accuracy of the 68Ga reaction cross section measurement of 69Ga (n, 2n). At the High Voltage Triplexer of the Nuclear Data Laboratory, 68Ga was produced by irradiating 14 Ga neutron produced by the d-T reaction with a disk-shaped sample pressed with ordinary Ga2O3 powder for a irradiation time of about 10 min.
