河北栾城作为个体区域,其独有的区域经济文化特征对房价的影响也有其特色。本文参考房价上涨普遍因素的同时结合区域间的异同找出栾城房价上涨的特殊因素。并结合中国大环境及自身特点通过对栾城所处位置发展方向的分析,总结了栾城房价上涨的7个主要因素,即:1.国内大环境与县区小环境2.经济好转居民收入提高3.工作观念的转变4.价值观的趋同5.政策的变相支持6.城乡差距的拉大7.各方利益的交合。
Hebei Luancheng as an individual region, its unique regional economic and cultural characteristics of the impact of price also has its own characteristics. This article refers to the general factors of rising house prices at the same time with the similarities and differences between regions to identify the special factors of Luancheng housing prices.
