患者女,73岁,住院号13979。1978年12月30日入院。阴道经常少量流血已有2年,一年来白带较多,近半年自觉外阴部皮肤发硬,触之轻度疼痛,以后缓慢向周围皮肤组织扩延。近3、4个月速向下腹部呈大片弥漫性,双大腿内侧呈带状蔓延。呈板状硬度。局部疼痛逐渐加重,下肢活动困难,近期偶有下午低烧,上腹部阵发性疼痛,以腹痛待查收住院。 The patient was 73 years old and was hospitalized 13979.
