研制了一种抗高热流防静电涂层,对涂层的抗高热流冲刷、防静电等性能进行了研究。经1.5、2.5、3.6、7.2 MW/m2短时(1 s)热流冲刷后,涂层无鼓泡、剥落,烧蚀前后体积电阻率均<1×107Ω.cm,且具备一定的环境防护功能。
A anti-high heat flow anti-static coating was developed to study the anti-high-temperature erosion and anti-static properties of the coating. After 1.5, 2.5, 3.6, 7.2 MW / m2 short time (1 s) heat scour, the coating had no bubbling and peeling, the volume resistivity before and after ablation was less than 1 × 107Ω.cm, and had certain environmental protection function .
