压模压滚是颗粒饲料压粒机的关键件和易损件,国外用不锈钢及高合金钢制造,本文阐述用加硼贝氏体球墨铸铁制造压模,经装机试验,寿命指标已突破进口不锈钢压模。 硼贝氏体球铁与硼铸铁相比,机械性能成倍提高,与贝氏体球铁相比,磨损减少30%,所以它是承受高负荷的新型耐磨材料。 硼在金属基体中形成高硬度的硼碳化物,故而耐磨。经表面分析,压模部分表面被石墨覆盖,石墨的自润滑作用,减少了磨损并导致出粒性的改善,这是钢模不能比拟的。
This article describes the manufacture of stamper with bainitic bainite ductile iron. After the loading test, the life index has exceeded the import of stainless steel die. Compared with boron cast iron, boron bainitic ductile iron increases its mechanical properties by as much as double and reduces the wear by 30% compared with bainitic ductile iron. Therefore, it is a new type of wear-resistant material under high load. Boron in the metal matrix to form high-hardness boron carbide, it is wear-resistant. The surface analysis, part of the surface covered by graphite graphite, graphite self-lubricating effect, reducing wear and lead to the improvement of granulation, which is incomparable with the steel mold.
