本文介绍了对九江长江大桥钢结构基材15MnV N在低温-110℃~-140℃下,以三点弯曲大试件测定其平面应变断裂韧性K_(IC)的研究结果。文中着重叙述了利用大试件在低温下测K_(IC)的设备与特殊测试技术,这将有助于低温工程中的断裂问题的解决与低温断裂韧性测试技术的应用。
In this paper, the results of the study of plane strain fracture toughness K IC of 15MnV N steel substrate for Jiujiang Changjiang River Bridge at -110 ℃ ~ -140 ℃ under three point bending test are introduced. This paper mainly describes the equipment and special testing technology for measuring K_ (IC) with large test pieces at low temperature, which will be helpful for solving the problem of fracture in low temperature engineering and the application of low temperature fracture toughness testing technology.
