一、概述: 在铝电解工艺中使用极大的直流电流,通常从几万安培直到十几万安培。为提高电流利用效率,降低吨铝电耗量,从而降低成本和赶超铝电解技术的世界先进水平,要求我们对所使用的极大电流进行准确的计量。但是要想直接对这样大的电流进行准确计量是不现实的,所以通常都是采用间接的方法,以求对大电流进行准确的计算。 铝电解厂中供电系统示意图如图1。
I. Overview: In the aluminum electrolysis process using a very large DC current, usually tens of thousands of amperes until tens of thousands of amperes. In order to improve current utilization efficiency, reduce electricity consumption per tonne of aluminum, thereby reducing costs and catching up with the world advanced level of aluminum electrolysis technology, we are required to accurately measure the extremely large current used. However, it is unrealistic to measure such a large current directly, so an indirect method is usually adopted in order to accurately calculate a large current.
