主要介绍了为张家港沙钢集团制造的 3套 1 80t转炉铰链装置制造工艺的分析及内容。该转炉炉体与托圈采用五点铰链联接 :三点竖直铰链及两点水平铰链联接 ,其联接形式新颖独特、装配精度要求较高。因此 ,结合铰链的工作原理、联接方式及产品的运输状态等因素进行了分析、论证 ,并制定了合理的制造工艺。 This paper mainly introduces the analysis and contents of manufacturing technology of 3 sets of 1 80t converter hinges made by Zhangjiagang Sha Steel Group. The furnace body and the support ring using five hinge connection: three vertical hinge and two horizontal hinge connection, the connection of novel and unique, high precision assembly. Therefore, combined with the working principle of the hinge, the mode of connection and the transportation status of the products, the paper analyzes and proves and develops a reasonable manufacturing process.
