HPLC测定甘草提取物及苦芪甘片剂中甘草次酸的含量

目的:建立甘草提取物及苦芪甘片剂中甘草次酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用DiamonsilC18(150 mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-5%冰醋酸(83∶17)为流动相,流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长为248 nm。结果:甘草提取物及苦芪甘片剂中甘草次酸进样量在0.7520μg~7.520μg(r=0.9994)范围内,线性关系良好,平均回收率(n=5)分别为98.7%、99.0%。结论:该方法准确可靠、重复性好,可用于甘草提取物及苦芪甘片剂的质量控制。 Objective: To establish a method for determination of glycyrrhetinic acid in licorice extract and bitter qiqi tablets. METHODS: Diamonsil C18 (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column was used with mobile phase of methanol-5% glacial acetic acid (83:17) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1 and a detection wavelength of 248 nm. Results: The linearity of glycyrrhetinic acid in licorice extract and Kuqi Gan tablets was in the range of 0.7520μg ~ 7.520μg (r = 0.9994), with the average recoveries (n = 5) of 98.7% and 99.0% respectively %. Conclusion: The method is accurate and reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of licorice extract and bitter qiqi tablets.
