利用热重量分析法研究了稀土 /MoSi2 和SiC/MoSi2两种复合材料的低温氧化行为。实验结果未发现“PEST”现象 ;但稀土和SiC的加入增加了MoSi2 的低温氧化程度。认为氧化时质量增重与时间是非线性的 ;氧化程度与氧化层中相的组成和晶体结构有密切关系 ;并提出了其氧化过程模型。
The low temperature oxidation behavior of rare earth / MoSi2 and SiC / MoSi2 composites was investigated by thermogravimetry. The experimental results did not find “PEST” phenomenon; but the addition of rare earth and SiC increased the degree of low temperature oxidation of MoSi2. It is considered that mass gain and oxidation time are nonlinear. The oxidation degree is closely related to the composition and crystal structure of the oxide phase. The oxidation process model is also proposed.
