19世纪末20世纪初,晚清士大夫走出国门走向世界是历史的必然趋势和使命,走进西方世界的有识之士,以切身的体会,记录西方教育的观察和思考。为晚清教育制度的革新发展提供了最初的范本,亦为中国教育与世界尽快接轨提供了有价值的思想资源和实践范本。
In the late 19th century and the early 20th century, when the late Qing imperialist went abroad to go to the world, it was an inexorable trend and mission of history. People of insight who entered the western world learned and observed Western education with personal experience. It provided an initial model for the reform and development of the education system in the late Qing dynasty. It also provided a valuable source of ideological resources and practice for the integration of education in China and the world as soon as possible.
