经常性的个别谈心是班主任进行思想教育的主要方式。用什么办法来打开学生的心扉,使谈心获得成功呢。首先,以平等的态度对待学生。中学生的独立意识很强,讨厌人们把他们当成『小孩』,对束缚他们的言行感到很不满。因此,同学生谈心切忌以教训人的态度进行。即使是学生出现过失,也千万不要摆出教训者的姿态,而应怀着真诚的态度帮助学生认识错误。让他们知道班主任不是『天生』来管人的,老师对他们『责之严』,是因为『爱之深』。这样,学生对老师的意见才有可能接受。不然,声色俱厉的训斥,野蛮粗俗的辱骂,只会造成学生不信任你,疏远你,甚至对你产生反感,当然也就不可能向你交心了。 The regular individual talk is the main way in which the head teacher conducts ideological education.
