按国家电网公司“三集五大”的部署,省级公司计量中心将承担全省用电信息采集终端的集中仓储、集中检测、集中配送的工作。但采集终端大批量检测若仍沿用单个台体人工接线方式进行,有以下问题很难得到解决:人员需求量大、工作强度大;人工接线易出错、工作过程中会产生人为原因导致的安全隐患;很难实现工作过程的控制管理,检测工作很难实现标准化。而采集终端自动化流水线检测方式却可以很好地解决上述问题。
