为调查艾哈代布(AHDEB)油田注水井井下油管内壁腐蚀情况,对注水井井下油管进行检查。发现井下油管内壁结垢严重,存在严重的垢下局部腐蚀。通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)对不同深度井下油管内的垢样进行分析,发现上部与中部油管内部垢样成分主要为单质硫,铁的硫化物、氧化物和碳酸盐。下部油管内部垢样成分主要为CaCO3,铁的氧化物和硫化物。通过显微镜观察,发现中上部油管中的表层垢样结构较为疏松,底层垢样结构较为致密。下部油管中垢样较为致密。两种结构的垢层均容易产生垢下局部腐蚀。该油田井下油管腐蚀与结垢之间会形成自催化系统,相互促进。
In order to investigate the corrosion of the inner wall of downhole tubing of water injection wells in Ahdeb oil field, the downhole tubing of injection wells was inspected. Downhole tubing found serious scaling, there is a serious localized corrosion of scale. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis of downhole tubing in different depths revealed that the fouling components in the upper and middle tubing were mainly sulfides, oxides and carbonates of elemental sulfur and iron. The lower part of the fouling composition of the tubing is mainly CaCO3, iron oxides and sulfides. Through the microscope observation, it was found that the surface scale-like structure in middle and upper oil pipes is relatively loose, and the scale-like structure in the bottom is relatively dense. The lower part of the pipeline fouling is more dense. Both structures of the scale layer are prone to local corrosion under the scale. The downhole tubing corrosion and scaling will form a self-catalytic system, promote each other.
