随着人们生活水平的不断提高,消费者对水产品的要求已经由过去的数量型向质量型转变,特别是我国加入WTO后,国际上对水产品安全质量把关非常严格。因此,为了提高水产品安全质量水平,保障人民的身心健康,增强其在国际市场上的竞争力,无公害水产养殖应着手从加强产地环境、渔业投入品、生产过程、包装标识和市场准人等五个环节的管理人手,并将其始终贯穿于生产、加工、销售全过程。从无公害水产养殖来讲,重点是抓住水产养殖的产前、产中、产后三个阶段。

In terms of pollution-free aquaculture, the emphasis is on catching the three stages of prenatal, mid-delivery and post-partum aquaculture.
